Being a teen is more stressful than it ever has been. From #frenemies to social media, the pressure and competition to be the #mostEPICpersonEVER can be draining. It can leave you feeling lonely, depressed, anxious, or just unsure of what to do next. Those challenges are even trickier when mom and dad get divorced or re-married, best friends move away, family members or friends pass away, or any number of crazy things life can throw at you.

Therapy may sound like scary process, but it doesn’t have to be. Therapy is also not something that needs to wait until you’ve hit rock bottom either, you can come work through any of your struggles at any point.  After all, that’s what I am here for!

I create a warm relaxed place where we can stumble through things together. My approach to working with teens is to keep things light hearted, confidential, fun (yes, therapy CAN be FUN!), respectful, and interactive
